Postcards of Tolmin
A Collection of Postcards Owned by Metod Uršič from Tolmin
Metod Uršič's collection consists of 221 postcards and is of immense importance for the history of the town of Tolmin and a wider Tolmin area.
The extensive, well-organised collection of postcards, accompanied with all relevant information, is a result of Mr Uršič's collection over many years and his visits to stamp shows and fairs in Central Europe.
Two postcard albums are presented. They were acquired by the Tolmin Museum in 2010 and digitised in 2011.
Album I / Austria-Hungary: Postcards of Tolmin 1898-1918
Album II / Italy: Postcards of Tolmin 1918-1943
Digitalisation, october 2011: MIKROfilm - Ljubljana d.o.o.
