Church of St Daniel
Volče
The former Church of St Daniel was indirectly referred to in the beginning of the 11th century. The origins of the current church date to the 16th century, as well as the frescoes made by Jernej of Loka. The frescoes and individual architectural elements were destroyed during WWI.
Originally the church consisted of three areas: the oblong aisle, the bipolar presbytery and the vestry. The bell tower stands separate from the church.
