Mammoth after mammoth

On the 70th anniversary of the discovery of the storied mammoth skeleton in Nevlje, the Intermunicipal Museum of Kamnik recalls memory of this event with an exhibition, which is temporary held in the Tolmin Museum. The exhibition also places the Nevlje mammoth as well as its site into a wider cultural, chronological and historical framework.

The exhibition is of free entrance.
